Chrome Extension to save current URL to text file

Google Chrome extension that will append the URL of the current page to a text file. When right clicking somewhere on the page, there needs to be an option that says "Append URL to File". After selecting this option, it will append the current URL to a text file. Each URL needs to be on an individual line. The URL will be what is in the address bar of Google Chrome.
The file with the URLs will need to be saved to a location that I specify from a text file.
