Fix conflicting javascript and css on a single page of a Wordpress site.

I have a website that loads a script from an external source, it's conflicting with other scripts that my clients website is loading.
I'd like someone to stop all unnecessary scripts and styles from loading on this particular page, and resolve the conflicts in doing so.
Attached is a screenshot of the intermittent error, along with a screenshot of all the scripts and css loading on this page.
In addition to this, if you could document the fix that would be good, just so I know what changes have been made.
The site has been cloned to a dev server, so there is no risk of breaking a live site. (I'll clone it back once its been fixed.)
Attached files include all the scripts being loaded on that page, a capture of the error (which is intermittent) and the script itself (which can't be altered).
