Getting PancakeswapTransaction Data using [login to view URL] into React

So I am looking to get data such as this and be able to refresh it every 3 seconds. See attached image.
I can get this data via events. I cant use an api because if it is calling it every 3 seconds then It would need a very high capacity api provider.
I am looking to get all transactions for any token on bsc that is being traded on pancakeswap. just like poocoin.app. I need this information via [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but preferably ethers.
For every Buy or Sell on pancake swap I need the following Data:
How many tokens were bought/sold
The total cost of the transaction in dollars
the price per token of the transaction in dollars
the time of the transaction
the transaction hash.
This can be one react component
just like the one in [login to view URL]
