Hiring a Javascript developer to create a browser based Open Broadcast Software "Config" (OBS)

The idea is simple:

I want to take this: [login to view URL] -> and turn it into a drag/drop in-browser version.

It doesn't have to actually stream the content, I'm aiming to just save the "configuration" to a VPS -> then stream from the VPS. This just gives a visual design method for remote users.
