I'm in need of a web app that can generate a radial graph to visualize the distribution of talents within various departments. A 1-page app is all we need.
Here is an example table that shows the input data

There is an attached image mock-up of what I want the output graph to look like (close approximation)
Attributes:
-the graph has rings 1-10
-The graph can have N groups/quadrants. In the example there are 6, but it can be odd numbers
-The quadrants should be split evenly in radial degrees.
-Each group may have 2-N functions. Now each has 3, but it can vary from group to group
-Each group has a "now" score and a "goal" score
-A sector is a location 1-10 and within the function (curved section)
-sectors need to be shaded starting at the "now" score and to the "goal" score as a gradient
To make it clear, we would agree on your mock up before diving into coding
The web app should take input from
1. Google sheet like the example. (connect & input data first, then rest of inputs)
2. Select colors for each quadrant (from-to gradient)
3. font size & color for quadrant and function
4. Colors and line thickness for circles, quadrant separator-lines and function separator-lines
5. Any other attributes that might have been missed (title, etc). It needs to be flexible
The right freelancer for this job will:
- Have proven experience in web app development and graph visualization.
-excellent DESIGN skills to provide a visually pleasing output
- Have a sound understanding of how to present data in a compelling, easy-to-understand way.
- Be open to collaborate on refining the visualization requirements according to my inputs.
- Be able to provide a user-friendly interface where I can input my data easily.
No need for developers without prior experience in data visualization to apply.
