Shopify Speed Expert to Optimize performance - ONLY Fluent English and EXPERT

I need a Shopify page speed expert to speed up my website.

All of the below to be fixed and end up in the green colour in PageSpeedInsights and GT Metrix for both mobile and desktop version. Mobile is very much needing a lot of attention - desktop need some attention.

- CLS to be lowered from 0.6 to under 0.1 (GT Metrix)

- On Mobile, First Contentful Paint to be lowered to well within Green colour on PageSpeedInsights

- Speed Index to be well within Green colour for both mobile and desktop on PageSpeedinsights

- Remove unused Javascript with clear communication and intent to not interfere with website's structure and negative performance

- Identify and remedy ALL (approx. 66 requests) from 3rd party that's slowing down performance

- Implement lazy loading for ALL images, background images, responsive images

- Implement lazy loading for embeds and selected website blocks

- Eliminate every possible render-blocking resource

- Optimize Shopify Kernel to increase performance

- Optimize JS loading queue to avoid the bottleneck effect and reduce execution time

- Reduce 3d party script dependency and speed up 3d party applications where possible

- Optimize CSS files

- Optimize font rendering and loading speeds

- Clean and fix HTML code, reduce the amount of DOM nodes

- Speed-focused QA

I want a fair and realistic estimation of what the job would cost, even if my budget is above or below what you think. I will be posting this on other platforms so be honest.
