Telegram Login Widget strategy for Express 4.x, Passport, easy to implement on a simple Node webapp

I need a Telegram Login Widget ready to use on any nodejs project built on Express 4.x, Passport and MongoDB. It should let the user login via Telegram through the Login Widget button, store the provided informations in the database and maintain session state with cookies.

You can find many examples of Passport telegram strategies on Github, however most of them are rather incomplete, poorly documented and not updated.

The ideal would be a small github project with a short but clear explanation like this one:
