Update drag/drop area on c# .net website

We have a c# .net website that has a page with a drag and drop area. This is used to assign users to their managers. So manager A will be assigned to users X,Y and Z.

This feature currently exists on the Add User page, but not on the Edit User page. We'd like to add the same code to our Edit User page along with a few additional changes. All items are outlined below:

1. Move the drag/drop code to the page [url removed, login to view]

2. On the Edit User page the 'Linked Users' box should populate with any users that were previously linked (these are stored in the table user_linked_correspondents)

3. On Edit user page the 'Available Users' box should only populate with non-linked users. (if a user is in 'Linked Users' they should not appear in 'Available Users')

4. The section for Linked Users should only appear for the user type 'Correspondent Managers'

5. When user clicks 'Save Profile' the table user_linked_correspondents should be updated with the new selection (delete old/removed users and add new ones)

6. For both Edit User page and Add User page:

-The users in 'Available Users' should only be displayed if there branding matches the field 'Select Branding'. In the database each user has branding assigned to them (column BrandingProfile). When the user chooses a value from 'Select Branding' the Available list of users should only display users with the same branding. (If I select 'Citizens Bank' for branding, only users with that branding will appear in the Available Users list).

- This should be done through javascript, it should not reload the page.

- If 'Select Branding' is empty, there should be no names in the Available list.

- If a user has already selected 'Linked Users' then changes the branding field the linked users should reset. It should never be possible for a User to be assigned if they have different branding than what is selected.
