Must speak fluent chinese, and english and be able to not only translate, but also source parts, and enable better communication with chinese manufacturs ENGINEERS of networking and communication devices such as phones, iot development boards, ip cameras, routers, module boards, etc. Not just negotiating quantities and pricing. You must be able to communicate about technical details, and ask the right questions, such as: Do you provide sdk for your device? Could you customize the operating system? If not could you provide drivers for linux? Which distros is device capable of running? Etc.
