Help with Virtualbox Windows host / Linux guest issue with Intermittent internet service.

I need help troubleshooting an issue with a new VirtualBox (v5.2.8) implementation on a Windows Server 2016 host with a Debian v9 Stretch guest. The problem is the internet intermittently stops working, and does resume. There are two ethernet interfaces configured. We need public fixed IP's. As per directions one interface is configured at the Virtualbox settings for the VM with NAT with network (initially had just NAT but with same results) and the other ethernet interface is configured with Bridged Adapter. Interfaces file is included. (They are internal IP's which have been changed a little for posting purposes, but otherwise equate to same networking situation). I'm thinking an expert in Virtualbox might have already come across this and could point me in the right direction or go on a quick webex / screensharing session. I've already extensively googled the topic, so please only respond if you have actual experience with this situation. Thanks
