NGINX Configuration

Need assistance on NGINX with WHM/Cpanel.
1. I have a VPS with root
2. I have cpanel/WHM installed which places new accounts in one directory
3. I installed NGINX which works but is expecting in another directory
4. I tried changing the [login to view URL] file to point to correct directory but end up with 403 permission error
5. Online documentation sucks!
6. Each account appears to have it's own permisson
7. There is only 1 active domain on this
8. There is another domain I want to make active but can't till this is resolved
I have an idea what I need to do but I am concerned I would cause a vulnerability in the system.
I know I am close but need help on this and need documentation on what was changed to make this work.
