Proxy server with squid SSL for cache + luminati (Servidor proxy com squid para cache e luminati)

This is a simple project. I need to configure a AWS EC2 instance with Squid for cache with SSL support and Luminati proxy manager. I need This integration with Luminati proxy manager because it's essential for my servers use a residential IP address. I also need all instructions to do this again. I use CentOS as a server.
