We are looking to hire an experienced logistics and shipping advisor for a brief research project.

The main problem is;

Shipping within Canada and outside of Canada – especially from East to West coast is very slow and expensive. We can only begin operations on the East Coast due to higher population concentration.

We are looking for an expert analysis for our BtC ecommerce business based in Ottawa.

Your analysis should provide a clear decision-making structure for us to follow in optimizing shipping speed and cost to our customers in Ontario and Quebec, the rest of Canada, the USA, and the EU.

The analysis should permit us to decide if we should ship directly using local carriers or use a fulfillment service for each of the regions detailed In the attached document.

Research to be delivered in full in 3 business days (with some flexibility on date and price) from commencement of job.
