data recovery

Looking to get a quote on how much it will cost to recover data off a malfunctioning WD My Passport. Our iMac can see the drive but says, "this drive is not readable by this computer." The drive makes sounds like it's looking for data but it keeps cycling. I opened the drive thinking the arm was stuck on the platters but it appears this is not the case (I couldn't open the cover all the way). I don't care if the drive is destroyed, I'm going to trash it anyway. I just need the data transferred from it.
