MAC OS X login screen with the name "Forget password

We want to have an additional new button in MAC OS X login screen with the name "Forget password?".

When this button is clicked we need to show data needed to be answerd by the user in order to reset the password

by contacting a web server. This can be done by opening a web browser with the given web server URL.

Also this web browser (kiosk mode) should be secured by disabling javascript etc.,, user should not access any of the computer resource as the user is not yet authenticated.
