Setting up a Shipping Module in Magento Website

I am running an e-comm site. The Shipping module has already been set up and working well.

I want to show the shipping estimate on the product page itself rather asking the user to add the product to the cart and showing estimate on the check out page.

I have attached an image showing what I want.
