MSBI real world projects and help

I am a SQL developer planning to change jobs to MSBI . I want someone to help me with real time job experience by sharing their work experience as MSBI developer specially in SSIS and SSAS services.

I don't need to learn basics of the the job but mainly want to learn about what kind of tasks the developer will be given and deadlines. Also please share real world projects ( must be complex in nature) related to MSBI (SSIS and SSAS) . The projects must be end to end from ETL to Reporting with full source code.
