android SMS expenses tracking application and widget

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can create the:

Application which parses SMS text messages from any bank, extracts the information and visualizes the information for user.

User can place the app as a widget to some of his android screens.

Please see the usecase image and full usecases description in .rtf and Astah UML format.

General requirements:

- the application should be very responsive, user-friendly

- has to have nice eye-catching graphical design

- should not use any copyrighted material

- written in clean and well-structured OOP

- after final approval, code has to be 100% commented
