Bulk sms blaster that works in windows 7 x64 and runs of my android phone. All source code must be provided to me. I would simply select a text file (.csv) that will have two columns, the first column will be the phone number and the second column will be the text message. Please note the text messages are personalized for each phone number. I assume my phone would be hooked up to my laptop thru a usb cable or some other means. Please allocate time to trouble shoot my laptop and cell phone sync.
Ideally instead of trying to load a text file from the phone I want this software to work on an android. Please include source code, and provide some debugging time on my side. Must work on my windows and android not just yours.
