Need mobile programmer to finish a simple Android application that other idiot UK programmer has not finished. We have apk and that's all programmer would give us. 90% of app is complete.

You finish the app to client specs and then we make milestone when app is complete. Then you transfer the source code to use and we will release milestone, but NO milestone up front.

NO MILESTONE as we have been ripped off by previous Pakistani for $750 CAD.

We have 24 more mobile applications to make after this one
