customize telegram app and add few additional features

I need an Android app based on existing open source telegram app so as to use its chat feature.

additionally, I need few rss feeds to be added and displayed in separate tabs with push notifications working for all the feeds. you can use any free/open source UI kit if you want.

not to mention, you have to integrate my fb audience network and admobs as well.

any tweaks to make it lightweight and fast shall be appreciated.
