EASY EVENT

Easy Event is a mobile based application that is to enable users to create any kind of event such birthday parties wedding, receptions and more. Moreover, after users created particular event, they will be able to choose the date and venue for it.

The application will synchronise contact list from the users contact in order to send invitation to invite guest. Furthermore to send invitations, it will be done through by social media such as WhatsApp and Facebook. When the invitations is sent to guest, the application will able to calculate the statistics of attending guest to event.

There features to be implement into application are:

1) The application compactible to all android version

2) The application must sync with WhatsApp and Facebook

3) Invitation sending thru Whatsapp and facebook

4) Send invitation to guest by syncing contact list of user

5) User must sign in using email and create an account

6) User can select any type of event

7) Able to select the day, time and venue for the event

8) User can able to see the venue available for events in KL

9) User will get notifications on the response from guest through sent invitation

10) Reports on statistics of invited guest

11) Able to calculate attending guest
