Intercom Project (Xamarin + Linphone SDK)

I would like to develop a Xamarin with Linphone SDK Intercom system with this interfaces:

VOIP Server: ASTERISK (Raspbx)

1) Intercom (Listed as "Portaria" in Mockup's). It will be a App installed in tablet placed in the front door of the building. User will touch the apartment number and a video calling will be performed.

2) Mobile (Listed as "App" in Mockup's). It will be a App who connects to the voip to answer a Video Calling. It also have the resource of open building doors/gates using a IOT. IOT sensors have specific API's so all we need is list all sensors we have (It need to be registred in the same VOIP Server) and it's specific IP Addresses. This Mobile App's need to be delivered in Android and iOS Platforms.

For system configuration you may use the "Raspberry" Section in Mockup.
