looking for android app developer

Android app where user can create profile and share stories in text and audio format.

There must be an option of recording and uploading from phone memory also.

Language should be hindi and english for text.

As an admin i can delete post and block any user.

In post there should be option of like , share, report , user profile.

Also while upload there should be option of title and catagory.

Also while posting there should be option of preview before posting.

Anti spamming option should be there to block certain worlds in post.

Menu options with about us contact us follow us option.

For viewing the contents there no need for sign up but for uploads, like , report there need to sign up
