I Need Input Method (IME) and controller-input to be installed on android App

I am looking for a developer to continue work on a project i have already started.

I have an app built with source code to display the hardware sensor of a Motion game control that i already have. I now need input method (IME) and controller-input to be installed on the app and frame-ware. The app need to let the android OS know my device and register an IME method. It must recognize data from my hardware (Motion Controller) and translate to corresponding commands then send these translated commands to a Google cardboard-like game or games that use motion control.

Controller input

1. Support Joystick like commands

2. Analog control

3. D-Pad Control

4. Touch Pad of the control must set as the Action button

5. Long press of the Volume down Button is to navigate to Previous Menu

6. Long Press of the Volume up button is to navigate to home menu

Input Method (IME)

1. can select the game controller from system settings and use it across the entire system

2. The IME lifecycle must remain until the game controller is disconnected from the android device

3. Option to let user choose between analog Joystick and D-pad

Frame-ware

1. frame ware to be edited to fit this information if it is necessary.

The source code and the App along with the Frame-Ware will be provided

The lowest bidder possessing the level of competency to successfully complete the job will be accepted.

The hardware that my game controller use are 3 axes gyroscope, 3 axes accelerometer, 3 axes Manometer, volume rack and a touch pad
