In our work, we must fill out job hazard assessment forms before beginning work at any site. Currently we fill out a form on paper and submit it when we are in the office. We want to the paper to go away. We want a simple app to create basic data entry forms. Text entry boxes, radio buttons, date chooser, signature capture... nothing out of the [login to view URL] app should allow us to replace our paper forms with a digital version that can be created on and later distributed to ipads to be filled out at job sites. The form should be able to be exported to pdf to be emailed and a copy stored on the ipad.
gocanvas is an app that does what we want, but it's based on a service subscription, which we are not interested in and it does way more than we need. We want a simpler, standalone app that we own and can use in any way we like on as many ipads as we like.
