Write a wildlife related Android application

We want to develop and app , first on android and then on other platforms. The same design and functionality has to be developed into a website plus a mobile site.
What will the website/app be about?
This app will be like the wikipedia for information on tigers. Users can upload and edit content. Details that can be seem by a guest user are : Official Name of the tiger, popular name, son/daughter of (with clickable link to their profile) , Approx Age, Last seen, Location, Known Siblings (with clickable link to their profiles)
New user should be able to use 'stripe detection' when they upload any pictures of unknown tigers and read info about them.
A 'support us' link has to be made where people can buy wildlife related products.
User should be able to upload content, make his logins and profile from all devices, starting with android and website (laptop and mobile)
A chat forum must be made for users to discuss and know about wildlife issues of various locations.
Another tab needs to be made for upcoming wildlife tours where a tour operator must pay to put up their details.
All activites needs to be integrated to a feed that gets self published on a facebook page (and eventually on twitter and insta)
