am trying to test if my app will play specified time by updating the video API
API to get video details has already been defined, this API method is also needed to update (need to add this time slicing information along with video details)
Time slicing information is also required to be saved in database (MySql)
PHP developer don't have develop API, API already have been added about video details (title, description etc etc) he just need to add new details related to time slicing.
