I need to develop a patient information database that staff and patients will interact with online any via a mac or android APP. The database will need to be both the store of information but also with direct the therapy that is provided. It will be hosted online via amazon web service or oracle and will need to be uploaded to that server by the developer. The database will need to be built with all the ability to perform data analysis and produce reports and track patients results.
I will supply an example of the type of information to be included soon. Please let me know what type of information you would like me to provide you with so that you can get an idea of the full scope of the project.
I will be taking care to develop a good working relationship with bidders to establish a clear picture of what is required prior to selecting the winner.
My budget is based on what i think i can spend but this is open to discussion with bidders once the scope of he project has been clarlified with the bidder.
