Configure/setup NodeJs on AWS server

NodeJS is used to send instant messages and file attachments (but you don’t need to worry about this aspect). It is supposed to run INDEFINETLY once started. But when there is a server outage, timeout error, internal server error or similar disruptions, node NodeJS running. It can be restarted again manually, by following attached instructions. These are instructions on how to set it up and start it. The instructions were created for the old, shared hosting server but the same instructions apply to new AWS server. In fact, it was already set up on AWS using these instructions. But there were server outages following that set up NodeJS stopped running. If you follow these instructions, NodeJS restart again, as was done several times in the past.
***I need to create a script that allows NodeJS to restart again by itself following server outages and stoppages, rather than having to do same restart manually again and again. This manual restart has been done several times***
