Help to setup Alexa Skill in combination with AWS (e.g. Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB)

I need some help to setup a simple alexa skill to control a custom device. The idea is to use an Alexa Skill (Smart Home) to control a device by using OAuth (e.g. cognito) as user management and a database like DynamoDB to handle user data.
