Customization of Shopping cart Script - Clickcartpro

Looking to tweak or customize my existing shopping cart script called clickcartpro. Its cgi. 2 features I need done :

1. Custom shipping option

- A setup page that allows me to import list of zones with individual delivery charges.

- On order form, allows for customers to choose the zone they live in within Singapore, and the relevant delivery charge to apply to order total.

- An option that can be set on the same zones page that allows free delivery option should order sub-total exceed $X.

- Function that disallows order submission if zones are not selected.

2. Shipping/Delivery Report Generation

- Click a button to generate a shipping list for particular date.

- Fields needed on shipping list :

- Name/Delivery Address/Cellphone/DeliveryTiming/Item Desc/$Total/Additional comments.

- A report setup page that allows future addition/removal of fields to display on the shipping list.

- shipping list to be sorted by delivery timing 1st, then delivery address.

- Print function to print/fit list on A4 page.

3. "Fully Booked" feature

- A setup page that allows me to set max orders for each day of week.

- When max orders reached, a notice goes up on homepage that we are fully booked for that day. And directs customers to call to enquire but store disallows online order
