Fax Restaurant Online Ordering Solution

what i am looking for is something i can integrate into it

my site is built in joomla and i need a solution to be built

The process:

A customer places an order:

This order goes to customers email as a reciept, it goes to my email, it goes to restuarnt email, it shows up in admin backend of website, it shows on customer end of website, it shows on restaurants admin side

Also this order most importantly goes to restaurants Fax machine or POS machine

After they recieve it they call back a automatic number to confirm it

After its confirmed the order sends an email to customer saying confirmed

I dont need the website design i just need this software some examples are:

this is going to be for over 1,000 restaurants not only one
