282 Create website account via php

I need a simple php script that can create a website account the same way as if I were to create an account via WHM. I should be able to run the script from a browser like IE of Firefox or via a cronjob. Example: Via browser or cron [url removed, login to view] As with any accounts created using WHM, anything in the cpanel3-skel directory would also be included in the new site. The server will have WHM and Cpanel if that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
