33435 Fix SendMail Script

My website uses a sendmail script that I am continually modifying to keep spammers from abusing it, yet they continue to. You will see edits in the script done by others to prevent people from adding their own url's in the "notes" section. Now they are changing the page url I am sending to their own too!!! Im not too good at writing code and I can't fix this. Let me explain the way the script works. There are forms on each page of the site that send a different url to the script which sends the url to the designated email. I will attach a copy of one of the forms and a copy of the script. So as I said before the spammers were injecting into the header (thats fixed now), then they began adding their spam urls to the "notes" section of the sendurl form (thats fixed), now they are changing the "sitename", "urlis", and "redirectlink" fields to their own spam urls and sending them! This is what I need fixed.
