214312 Fix Upgrade My Working Script

I had a script that was working fine. Now it just stopped working. Mainly because I think the user agent isn't set correctly.

The main purpose of the script was to take a long list of web based proxy servers & scan lists of domains for google pagerank.

It was a little slow to run - but now I want to hire someone to re-write the code so it's working faster. Also, I'd like to merge another script into this one.

I see this taking no more than 1-2 hours of your time to complete this.
