301193 online ebook, data and payment

I'm posting an ebook as online content with several chapters.

I need a shopping cart page to collect registration details for my db and use hidden fields to integrated registration with paypal. I'll also need login details generated automatically.

There will be a "notes" section in the right margin for each chapter. I'd like for the notes section to stay in browser view, if possible (slide up and down page as reader scrolls vertically). I'd also like for the notes to be maintained separately for each chapter so that when user prints pages he can print chapter one along with notes for chapter one and so on. Notes would have to be permanently stored in the db so that they'd be available the next time the reader logged in.

Once the content is up and running I plan to add a payment form which allows readers to hire different people for selected services. i.e. the reader could select one or more services at a given price and then select one or more service providers to fill the order. The reader would then be taken to paypal to complete the order and upon completion, order details would be distributed to myself and any service providers selected. I'd like for as much of the user's data to be pulled from the db as possible so that a minimal number of steps was necessary to complete transaction. If possible and secure, I'd like for payment to automatically be distributed to the service provider (s) via paypal or other. Please discuss the feasibility of this later development in PMB.
