20496 WoW Blogger Script

I am looking for a PHP Porgrammer to design a web-blogging/online-journal system for the European World of Warcraft. So players can signup and post about anything WoW, in a similar style to Wordpress or www.blogspot.com. The URL's for pages: Registration: ..../register Login: ...../login User's Profile: ...../realm-name-here/username e.g: ....../khadgar/bob User's Articles: ...../realm-name-here/username/article-id e.g: ......./khadgar/bob/1 (1= Bob's 1st article) Admin AND Member's admin Directory: ...../admin Latest posts of users in a specific realm: ...../realm-name-here Latests posts/updates on overall site: ......./latest Frontpage: ....../ Comments on Posts: ....../realm-name-here/username/article-id/comments e.g: ......./khadgar/bob/1/comments URL for specific Comments: ......realm-name-here/username/article-id/comments/comment-id e.g: ......./khadgar/bob/1/comments/2 (2= 2nd comment on Bob's 1st article) Search Specific Word/Phrase (the page you get directed to after typing in the search box): ..../search/thing-searched-here e.g: ...../search/battles ('battles' being the thing searched for) Main layout: Similar to [url removed, login to view] not the same links, I mean the same kind of arrangement with navigation down the right side. What would be in navigation: -Login 'Username and Password' area. (with 'forgot password' function) - 'Select the realm you would like to view:' then underneath a drop-down menu that allows you to select the realm, directing you to the URL: '....../realm-name-here' which would show the latest posts by users in that realm. - Search Box, so you can search all articles throughout the site. Which directs you to the URL: '..../search/thing-searched-here' Admin and Member's admin URL '..../admin': Admin can.... .....install and delete new themes. .....delete/edit/add members and their profile information. .....do all functions as the members can. .....delete/edit user's posts and comments, so the URL for editing/deleting articles would be: ' ...../realm-name-here/username/article-id/admin' . And the URL for editing/deleting articles would be: ' ...../realm-name-here/username/article-id/comments/comment-id/admin/'. Super admin (me) can..... .......add/delete/edit realms to the realm list. .......all of the above. .......add/edit/delete admin .......add/edit/delete IP Addresses to an IP block list, this would cause the added IP to be permanently blocked until deleted. Members can.... .....add/edit/delete their own posts. Managing articles under: '..../admin/articles' Add new: '..../admin/articles/add' Edit: '..../admin/articles/article-id'. 'Delete Article' being on the same page as Edit. .....change their theme using the themes installed by admin. .....report other people's posts. ......edit their personal settings/information. e.g: their email, character level. ......a way for members to rate other user's blogs or articles out of 10 and it showing the avaerage rating on the rated user's article. What would be under the registration page, '..../register' : - A drop down menu to select what character your realm is on, - Username input for your character. - Select your character race using a dropdown menu. - Select your character class using a dropdown menu. - Type in your character level (from 1-70 ONLY). - Type in their email - Type in their prefered Password - A big box for additional information. - an 'I agree' or 'I disagree' to the conditions. - a 'I am over 13 years of age' and 'I am not over 13 years of age' I hope you get the idea of the script I would like made.
