[API] - [ASP/.NET] Fix our enrolment form and database communication

The code has been done and installed but we're attempting to debug it at this stage.
The parameters we are passing to AddClientWebEnrolment are completely wrong. The documentation is here - [login to view URL]@string@int@string@string@string@DateTime_@
The parameters are:
• Token
• Occurrence ID
• Surname
• Given name
• Client code
• Date of birth
• Description
• Referral ID
We seem to be passing:
• Token
• Occurrence ID
• First name
• Gender
• Address line 1
• City
• Postcode
• State
• Homephone
• Mobile
• E=mail
• Last name
• Two empty strings
• Some date thing
• The string “abcxyz”
• And the number 1
We are still receiving this error code
