Re-built [login to view URL] site

I need to re-built all the [url removed, login to view] site with and easy language tranlation system, also the sistem has to be more flexible, i need to be able for the companies to have a link that will display all their job vacancies in their webpage with css flexibility. Also I need to add the posibility to be used in universities as a job web page and only will display the vacancies for that university with css flexibility to change the design.

The web page also has to be flexible to display all the vacancies like now, but also to be used in subdomains to display only the information of each country.

I need some changes in the register section to be more fluid. Now if you get registered as employer if you dont add a company you can't post the job vacancies, and some times the employers get lost in this step.

The employers has to have the option to post as confidential.

All the mysql transactions has to be optimized. An all the subsites (Universities and for each country) has to work with an unique database. In other words all the informations has to be stored in one database.

I accept some suggestions, if you are interested please check the spanish version of the webpage it is more complete than the english version.

I added new info and I also want to comment that the security of the informations is the most important point.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
