I need and app that will run on 2 web sites that will put an icon "click for live chat" if I am logged into the console and if not makes the button an email to button. I am running coldfusion and flash and can make adjustments to what is running if you need them. each person should pop a new window on my machine.I will consider paying more if page pushing and file pushing is available.
## Deliverables

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
