5838 Clone Recruiting Web site

Hi Looking for a complete duplicate/clone of www.athletesadvance.com. Entire site, and backend administration, links, video, colleges, members area, etc, etc, ENTIRE SITE. Site looks like it may already have a CMS (Content managed application) but will need to have easy to use cms to add news and or articles, pictures. Design changes would be in Color, Fonts, Layout, pictures and graphics. Programmer should undertand that site will function exactly how it is now, but take on new look. Site clone is currently ASP, but I am open to any suggestions from programmer. Site should take on a more magazine style or layout. A couple of sites to base design from would be [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], www.universityrecruiting.com. The only addition would be a Rates and Pricing page. This will need to be added to the site. Please refer to the above mentioned web sites to see how the Rates or Pricing pages look like. Winning Programmer should have experience in all areas of web site development on his team. Flash, Video, SQL, PHP, ASP, Design, Graphics.
