Hello
I am a web designer but have taken on a lot of jobs recently and am looking to subcontract some work. I have an real estate company looking for a website that requires the following:
First a stylish site with with flash graphics
A property search feature.
A facility where people create accounts for themselves
and be able to login and choose what type of
properties that they are interested in and want to be
notified about.
From this then the auctioneers wish to have a mailing
list drawn up where people can be sent a specific list
of properties that they are interested in.
They require full management of the website where they
can add / edit / delete properties.
Also they require an online/offline type button
whereby they can have properties done up but not seen
online until they
decide to.
Also on this point can there be a check box added so
that they can display certain properties on their shop
window on a display screen. So bascially looking for a seperate webpage with certain attributes of the properties displayed.
There will be a maximum of 10 pictures per property.
They require full control over the text on the website
and wish to be able to change it themselves along with
links and also be able to add pages themselves.
