Design web site with Flash Home Page

Design web site (navigation, web page fonts, color and provide any graphics needed). Below are the deliverables I expect from you for my web site.

1. Design website Template with Navigation Layout (preferred navigation with Flash) - I will provide Company Logo (Blue color) to integrate in your site navigation template. I will need atleast 3 design templates of different color and navigation combination to choose from. - You need to create and cut any graphics for site design and navigation.

2. Once I finanize the web site design and navigation by selecting 1 template in step 1 then you need to integrate static html pages content (provided by me). Need to create .NET 2.0 C#/VB.NET master template for each of site's .aspx pages (see complete list of pages in zip file). You need to come up with each conent page design and layout of each page!

3. Integrate revolving flash in the home page. - I will provide images for flash generation

4. Design navigation layout for admin area.

5. Provide me original graphics work project files (not just the images) along with .aspx site pages at end of the project.

Site design work must complete in 3 to 4 days timeframe after the project award date so bid only if you can do the job. Send me your quote and previous project work links (especially with .NET sites) by 10/7. (Opera, Netscape, IE, FireFox, so make sure your flash work/site layout works with all these browsers.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
