Flash Audio/Video Conferencing

Hallo guys, i need an expert who is able to write an flash and aspx application for the "flash media interactive server 3". what i'd like to have is an enviroment which allows to have rooms for audio and/or video conferencing. chats are not required. 1) people who join a room will be added to a panel which shows the current members on carts (thumbnails). here it is possible to modify global and specific settings: - all video streams of other members on/off - all audio streams of other members on/off - change audio volume of all other members - change audio volume of specifc member - specific video of a specific member on/off - specific audio of a specific member on/off - close carts of other member which cuts audio and video - turn on/off own audio - turn on/off own video - having the thumbnail view (bigger size) in fullscreen - enlarg a specific video on the thumbnail view - enlarg a specific video on a new window - having a specific video in fullscreen - the users should be able to stream own audio/video files from there local disc by having/creating playlists, this streaming should be seperated from the microphone and it should be possible to mix them 2) room settings: - password protected - audio on/off - video on/off - audio required to join on/off - video required to join on/off - file streaming on/off 3) advertising system which allows: - to break the stream and show an interactive flash video, a normal movie or playing an audio file - to show advertises like banners directly into the running stream - i need a simple time scheduler for it where it is possible to add advertises for all and/or specific rooms 4) automaticly optimizing - detect optimal bandwidth settings - detect optimal firewall/router bypass settings - the applett should be able to adapt/change bandwidth settings automaticly for input/output if we having more/less resources on server and/or from the streaming client - the quality of the video stream should be dynamicly set by the size of the video window - applett should be as small as possible 5) administrating system - administrators per room or global - snapshots from all rooms to check for abusiv usage - record abusiv users and log there ip with date latest flash applett and server technolgies are required ATTENTION: please add references previous flash works to your bid or first comment, thanks
