Website designers wanted long-term

I have some minor changes which need to be made to a website [login to view URL]

I am also looking for people to work with in the long-term. Must be available via Instant Messenger and must have excellent rates, preferably no more than $5-10 per hour. Must be able to communicate perfectly in English and have very good experience in all web scripts and excellent technical knowledge. I need people who have CREATIVE FLAIR, can follow directions easily and must meet tight deadlines.

I am quite happy if you have specific expertise. Please let me know if you are a Flash expert, for example. But you must have evidence to back this up.

Please just place a bid of $30 for this project as it is so small.

In your bid, you MUST tell me the following:

1. Give me your top 5 website designs. You can show some more if you want.

2. How many are in your team? I'm OK if it's just one person.

3. How many years experience?

4. Main strengths?

5. What are your weaknesses?

Remember, that I am looking for honest, genuine people who are very creative and affordable. Should be willing to create mock-ups for prospective clients. You will have about $300/week worth of work initially, then around $1000/week of work within the next year.

N.B whilst the bid period is 35 days, I will award the project sooner if someone exceptional is found.
