Our biggest concern for the website is that when the site development is complete, that a person here could easily update the site using Microsoft Content Manager. Whether it is posting a new page or updating an old page, uploading a document, even update a main menu etc. Below is a description of some sections of the site we would like to included (these are envisioned as Menu headings on a menu bar across the top or left side of the screen):
Services - This area would describe all of the services available to Alinity users. The content on this page would not change all that much Customers - This area would showcase our customers, company profile, logo, website link, testimonials etc. This would hopefully be changing fairly often.
News - This area would contain News about Alinity. This would be updated often.
Calendar - Calendar of Events that would display what is up coming for Alinity, wouldn't be updated that much.
Support - This would be for Clients only...a username and password are required for this to get access to this site. We are not exactly sure what the functionality will be once logged in.
Site Map - a really clear and index friendly site map.
About Us
Clients Only - a login required, Alinity clients would navigate here to download docs, possibly get remote training, participate in a survey etc. This area would change often.
