A aim Password/SN Sender

An employe at our company has been sending our plans for our applications to other companies. I have tried to use keyloggers remote and local ones but he keeps bypassing them. I need a program that will record a aim password and upload it to a text file ie. [url removed, login to view] which would be the sn and the password would be in the text file i need the aim password stealer to be coded in c or delphi which no external componetes are required.
