OK, I will be needing an exact replica of that TRILLIAN program. It's a program that has AIM, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, and IRC built into one program! If your not familiar with the program, download it at [url removed, login to view] and take a look for yourself. If you are capable of doing this, please bid on this project. It is a VERY COMPLICATED program to make and requires the TOC feature and a bunch of other things. I will be needing all the features that are in the program. I will also need the bidded to be a really good DESIGNER as I will have to redesign the entire look to my own liking. GOOD LUCK!
