Cold Fusion Modules

I'm looking for help with a Windows IIS/Cold Fusion MX/SQL Server 7.0 intranet application. It is really a fun project. My time has become limited due to my primary commitment at my day job. These are the functions I'm looking to outsource. Please note all the code needs to follow the established naming conventions of csi_tablename and csi_spstoredprocedurename.

1) Help Desk

Req'd Features: Create new trouble call, View open trouble calls, Add notes to trouble call (including allowing a file attachment), Close trouble call, trouble call reports for Counts of Open Calls, Call History by Timeframe, Calls by Type, Dynamic Query Call Report (User selects query options using a form.) I actually have the two main tables defined for this function and the stored procedures in place from an exact ASP version. (The ASP pages don't transfer to Cold Fusion easily so the display of the info needs to be rewritten in Cold Fusion.) A couple charts displaying open calls on Help Desk home page screen would be a nice touch. If you want to use your own app that is fine as long as it implements the code naming conventions and meets the minimum defined requirements above.

2) Dynamic database populated SoThink menu

Right now I have the SoThink menu files as hard coded .js include files.

There is a good possibility for follow on invite-only bid work if you do a good job! I have some great clients that do budget appropriately.
